The academy commits to challenge the framework of the current curriculum offered in institutions of higher learning in Kenya.The academy equips mentees with unmatched competencies and skills for the job market. The academy aspires to create a new generation of change makers.

The motari mentorship academy started in 2024 as a project for advancing undergraduate students skills. In its first cohort 30 mentees were onboarded. A board and a mentee council was constituted. The mentorship matches the mentees to mentors who are highly skilled. By preparing the mentees effectively, we believe that they are prepared to deal with challenges in job market for create their own jobs.
