Who We Are
- The Academy provides skills and competences for undergraduate students from diverse specializations and seeks to enter new markets soon.
- At the onset , a training assessment was conducted to ascertain training gaps and a program is develop to meet the needs .
- In the first cohort, a total of 18 mentees have since been enrolled from Kisii University.
- So far, the academy is offering skills to mentees in humanities, social, natural sciences.
The Structure
The Academy has two major layers in its hierarchy.
1. Academic Council
- The strategic direction of the academy is provided a by the Academic council of 7 members.
- The council constitutes of Men and Women of great experience and knowledge.
2. Mentee’s Council
The mentees council shall be the link between the mentees and the council. This council will undertake operational duties and shall constitute of:
- President
- Convenor
- Secretary

- Create a linkage with the Corporate World though innovative activities.
- Work closely with educational institutions and professional bodies.
